Ingredients

  • 3 scoops french vanilla ice cream
  • 2 figs, halved
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted
  • Vin de Glaciere Riesling, from Pacific Rim

Directions

  1. To serve, plate ice cream and garnish with walnuts and figs.
  2. Drizzle with dessert wine and serve immediately.
